THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute junk. It's so terrible, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million times, and it still breaks down. The quality is shoddy, and the design are stupid. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being ashamed. I'm so angry that I wished I'd acquired something usable instead. Save your cash, folks.
